LEXMO was pleased to take part in the Kedella Colombo Trade Fair 2026, held at BMICH, Colombo, from 11th to 13th September 2026.
The three day exhibition brought together homeowners, investors, property developers, and visitors interested in building, renovating, and developing properties. It was a valuable opportunity for the LEXMO team to meet visitors, understand their requirements, discuss their ideas, and introduce them to our design and construction services.
Throughout the exhibition, visitors showed strong interest in high quality construction and international standards, particularly in understanding how Australian and international approaches to design, planning, construction quality, and project management can be applied to projects in Sri Lanka.
Many visitors were also interested in LEXMO’s approach to creating modern and well planned homes, with discussions covering custom home design, construction quality, functionality, finishing standards, project planning, and property development. These conversations allowed our team to understand what homeowners and investors are looking for when planning their next project.
The exhibition also provided an opportunity for visitors to speak directly with the LEXMO team, ask questions about the construction process, and discuss how their ideas could be developed from the initial concept through to construction.
For LEXMO, the event was more than an opportunity to showcase our services. It was also an opportunity to listen to homeowners, investors, and property enthusiasts and gain a better understanding of their expectations for modern construction and quality in Sri Lanka.
We sincerely thank everyone who visited the LEXMO stall at Kedella Colombo Trade Fair 2026 and took the time to speak with our team. We appreciate the conversations, ideas, and interest shared throughout the exhibition and look forward to continuing these discussions and helping more clients bring their property ideas to life.
